Not Page Rank Again!

Ok guys, how many of you checked your Page Rank recently? Google has done several Page Rank updates within these few weeks and this blog has gone from PR0 to PR3, then back to PR0. What a roller coaster excitement!

I was somewhat disappointed when one of my blog dropped a notch earlier on. Then, it dropped once again in the second update and so did another blog of mine. The truth is, it sort of prepared me for the PR0 that I have now. LOL. But that does not mean I would not love to be back with a higher PR.

If you are in the same position, fear not. It is not the end of your make money blogging journey. Did you notice that ad networks like Linkworth have their own link rank? They do not rely on page rank and that’s why I heart them Pay Per Post is also going to launch Real Rank this week but I believe most of you posties would have read about it. So, I’m not gonna link to the post.

Anyway, it’s a good opportunity for us all to explore other options, i.e. like Scratchback. So far for this month, my income has been stable despite the PR drop Let’s see whether I can hit my target for the month of December so that I can buy the hubs the Nike golf clubs which he had been secretly eyeing.

From forums, I’ve learned that some people are giving up writing for paid posts, some are taking down text link ads, others are taking down every possible type of links on their blogs (muar ha ha…). So, has Google impacted you in any way?
