It is good for bloggers who write for paid post networks to always be aware when there are changes or updates made to the T & C. Here are some which I’ve compiled but feel free to drop me a line if you come across new ones:

1. Blogitive

Upon accepting an offer you must agree to the following terms and conditions:
* Each link will be made in the context of a paragraph, no stand alone links

* Each link will be on it’s own page, with no more than three other links on that page (Each Blog post is usually stored on a unique permanent URL from the rest of the posts of that particular month)

* Each link will be with the specified word to the corresponding URL.

* Each link will be left up indefinitely, guaranteed for up to 1 year.

2. Blogsvertise (via email)

*** Low Activity Participation Notices ***

We recently began suspending accounts whose participation level was very poor. Low participation levels among some bloggers has caused the service to not run as effectiently as it can. It is very important that you please accept or decline advertising offers made to your blog.

For Those of you who are more active on blogsvertise and looking to receive more tasks, you should see your task assignment rates rise as we weed out the non-participants and clean up the ever growing blogger database over the next few weeks. If your account has been recently suspended (you will be notified in email) you will need to signon and decline any expired tasks before we can put it back on normal status again.

3. Sponsored Reviews

Here are some requirements which Sponsored Reviews announced/ reiterated recently:

1. Completed Reviews Must Appear On Blog Homepage
  • All completed reviews must appear on the homepage when first posted. If you registered your blog as www.myblog.com that is where the post must show up when first posted. There was some confusion with a blogger registering www.myblog.com but posting the review to blog.myblog.com

2. Reviews Must Contain the Correct Number of Words

  • Each opportunity requires a certain number of required words. Reviews with too few words will be rejected.
3. Only one blog per domain
  • Having more then one blog on a domain is not permitted. For example, if you have a domain called www.mydomain.com which has a blog located at www.mydomain.com/blog, you cannot have another blog in our system located at www.mydomain.com/blog2.

4. Please Read Opportunity Requirements Prior to Bidding

  • Some advertisers require a certain homepage Pagerank or that your blog be in a specific category. SR is going to start watching this closely and will start penalizing bloggers who are bidding on opportunities even if they clearly do not meet the requirements.

5. New Policy - Minimum 50 Words and One Link on the Homepage

  • You are now required to show at least 50 words of each post on the homepage when first posted. You must also have at least 1 link showing up on the homepage.

Note : I am not really clear on Sponsored Review’s requirement no.5 and will drop them an email to seek for clarification when I am free. Anyone of you have any idea what this clause actually means?
