As promised, this is a continuation of Part 1.

I even tried signing up for some paid surveys via some of those links on the website. So far, I have yet to receive any offer. Don’t you think that pretty much proves that such company promises you can earn $XXX within XX time but never delivers? The paid survey company had a 60 days guarantee, so I wrote to their contact email but there was no reply.

This time, I did a research on paid surveys and needless to say, I discovered that there are just TOO many people who got scammed. This thread on the Better Internet Bureau forum was a great help as I learned that I could try to ask for a refund since I paid through Clickbank. So, I did just that, wrote to Clickbank justifying my reasons for cancellation, threaten that I would report the survey company to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s office in my area. Two days later, I got a reply from Clickbank saying that the refund has been processed and it may take up to 5 working days to get the fund. A day later, I received an email from Paypal specifying that Clickbank had refunded the money. *Whew* That was scary and truly a lesson that I will never forget.

I am not saying that 100% of these companies are scams but definitely more than 75% are! If you still feel that you would like to try and make money through paid surveys, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do a thorough research first. BE VERY SURE before you sign up and if possible, DON’T pay for membership.

P/S Ok, now you can go ROTFL at me :P
